About Kalm Properties
Kalm Properties is a family-run business founded by Onkar Sandhu and Melindar Kaur, who bring together their passion for property and determination to help clients, investors and tenants. Onkar started his journey in property in 2003 while working as a Human Resources Advisor, and Melindar began her journey in 2006 as a teacher and later became a Head Teacher. They merged their passion for property with their determination to help their clientele and support property investors and tenants.
Whether it’s renovating properties or carrying out maintenance work for their clientele, they are dedicated to making the best deals and offering an impeccable service. They regularly collaborate with other expert property investors to continue their development and constantly keep up to date with new knowledge of current situations.
